If you are seeking to apply for work at Westmead, we need an application in writing. Do do this, you can download the paperwork, print it and either mail or fax it to us.

You may want to contact either A/Prof Peter Klineberg (for senior applications) or Dr. Mark Priestley (for training positions) before applying for general advice. See the Contact pages on this site for details on how to do that.

What to download?

For an anaesthesia training position, you will need two forms:
