The New Children's Hospital.Availability of rotationWestmead hospital, like all other hospitals in the Sydney area (except Prince of Wales) relies on the adjacent children's hospital to provide sub-speciality level training in paediatrics. Although we cannot guarantee a rotation through the Children's hospital as part of your training, we will endeavour to do so. To date, every trainee in the Westmead Inter-hospital training scheme has had at least six months training in the New Children's hospital.
