General Surgery rotation.

During this term you will be exposed to multiple surgical specialities including:

• General surgery.
• Orthopaedics.
• Plastic surgery.
• E.N.T.
• Ophthalmology.
• Vascular surgery.
• Urology.

You will be trained in anaesthetic techniques for these areas including:

• Principles of anaesthesia
• Use of regional techniques
• Management of concurrent illness and anaesthesia
• Post operative pain management.
