2. PREMEDICATION

2.1 Premedication will be ordered in writing by the anaesthetic resident.

2.2 Preferences for premedication are given to this resident with respect to all CMO's.

2.3 If no preferences are expressed the patient will not be premedicated.

2.4 No premedications orders will be accepted by telephone by nursing staff.
