LATE ADDITIONS TO THE OPERATION LIST

1. Additional cases notified after printing but before 1600 hours will be made up into a supplementary list by the Department of Anaesthesia secretary.

2. Distribution of supplementary lists will be limited to the operating suite and to the Department of Anaesthesia.

3. Additional cases for the following day arriving after 1600 hours will be printed on the following day, unless they affect the first case of a list.
